In small group training sessions everyone follows the same basic workout but with variations according to individual ability. The focus is on building strength through resistance training with enough variety to keep it interesting alongside sufficient consistency to make it worthwhile. It could be based around kettlebells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, body weight exercises or resistance bands all in a group environment with plenty of coaching.
