In Small Group Training sessions everyone follows the same basic workout at the same time with variations according to individual ability. Pre-Covid-19 it could be based around kettlebells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, body weight exercises or boxing, all in a group environment with plenty of coaching. Post Covid-19 the principles remain the same but the detail has changed; no sharing of equipment, less moving around and when you arrive you will be provided with your own clean weights and mat plus cleaning materials.
