Classes

COVID UPDATE

Classes are held at the Chapel and although the Covid guidelines have been eased the same high standards of hygiene are still in place.  To book just click on https://bookwhen.com/jon-day-fitness. Small Group Training

In Small Group Training sessions everyone follows the same basic workout at the same time with variations according to individual ability.  Pre-Covid-19 it could be based around kettlebells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, body weight exercises or boxing, all in a group environment with plenty of coaching.  Post Covid-19 the principles remain the same but the detail has changed; no sharing of equipment, less moving around and when you arrive you will be provided with your own clean weights and mat plus cleaning materials.
